Hahndorf – New Lakeside Accommodation Area
Re-development of an undulating corner of this park adjacent to a small lake area, around existing large gum trees to have 2 bedroom and studio ‘motel style’ accommodation. Design of area, site planning and roadways, carparks, planning of buildings, planning application, construction drawings
Levi Adelaide (small park redeveloped)
Levi Adelaide – a boutique tourism offering in Walkerville, inner-suburban Adelaide, 5km from city centre. We designed an updated range of accommodation options, a new pool area and communal recreation building
Bunbury Foreshore (medium sized park extended)
A back of park extension on vacant land adjacent to an existing holiday park, with cabins to park boundaries, camping and new amenities and communal facilities at centre, the whole site was re-terraformed prior to construction
Goolwa (small park tripled in size)
A large park extension on vacant land as part of the existing holiday park, but making the park 150% bigger at completion, the new area far exceeding the old. Cabins, large rec areas, pool, play equipment, and so on. Overall masterplanning, layouts and placement of buildings, building designs through the whole process.
